You can take over the world later.
Not an app. Not a habit tracker.
A conversation that keeps you in check.
This is what Kept feels like.
You pick how Kept talks to you. Back me, or roast me.
We all want to lose the weight , build the business , get fit , read more and finally sort our shit out.
So every Monday we try to change everything.
And usually change nothing.
Pick one thing.
One goal for 30 days. Kept checks in, remembers what you promised, and calls you on it the moment you start negotiating.
Right there in WhatsApp. No new app. Nothing else to remember.
No changing the plan because you’re bored.
No adding five new goals because you’re motivated.
No starting again Monday.
You already decided.
Why Kept exists.
I have ADHD. Every new plan felt exciting for about three days. Then I’d see no change and swap it for another.
I didn’t need more motivation. I needed someone who’d remember what I said and not let me renegotiate.
So I built Kept. I stopped renegotiating the 10,000 steps.
Because it isn’t really about the goal.
It’s about trusting your own word again.
So in 30 days, you can say:
I kept myself in check.
Then pick another.
One promise becomes two. Two becomes three.
We call them Stacks.
Small promises, kept long enough to become the person you said you’d be.
You can still take over the world.
Just not all at once.
kept
One goal. 30 days. No disappearing.
